Agreement to terms
By accessing or using Ask MiniMo (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and Ask MiniMo.

Educational use only
Ask MiniMo is an independent educational AI tool for Texas real estate. She does not provide legal, financial, lending, tax, or brokerage services. The information she provides is for educational and informational purposes only.
No professional relationship
Use of this platform does not create an agent-client, broker-client, fiduciary, or any other professional relationship. MiniMo is not acting as your real estate agent, broker, attorney, lender, financial advisor, tax professional, or appraiser.
Independence from Momentus Real Estate Group
Ask MiniMo operates independently of Momentus Real Estate Group. Momentus does not provide brokerage services through this platform. Any brokerage services from Momentus are offered separately, only through a direct client relationship with appropriate written agreements.
Description of service
Ask MiniMo is an AI-powered educational tool. The Service is designed to do the following:
- Provide general educational information about real estate concepts and processes.
- Help users understand common real estate terminology.
- Surface the right questions to ask licensed professionals.
- Provide conversation support, compliant language frameworks, and coaching for verified Texas-licensed real estate agents (MiniMo Pro tier).
What MiniMo is not
To be clear, MiniMo is not any of the following:
- Not a real estate agent or broker. She cannot represent you, negotiate on your behalf, or run comparative market analyses.
- Not a lender or loan officer. She cannot quote rates, estimate payments, pre-qualify you, or provide lending advice.
- Not an attorney. She cannot provide legal advice or interpret your contracts.
- Not a financial advisor. She cannot provide investment advice or financial planning.
- Not a tax professional. She cannot provide tax advice.
- Not a licensed appraiser. She cannot provide property valuations or appraisals.
User responsibilities
By using the Service, you agree to:
- Use MiniMo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- Treat MiniMo's output as educational information, not professional advice.
- Verify information with appropriate licensed professionals before making any decision.
- Consult with licensed real estate agents, brokers, attorneys, lenders, and other professionals for your specific situation.
- Not rely solely on MiniMo for any legal, financial, or real estate decision.
- Not attempt to circumvent any limitation, gate, or guardrail of the Service.
Texas real estate disclaimer
MiniMo is built with knowledge of Texas real estate practices. Real estate laws, regulations, and market conditions change. The Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) regulates real estate professionals in Texas. MiniMo is not regulated by TREC and does not replace the services of a TREC-licensed professional. For any real estate transaction in Texas, work with a licensed real estate professional and review the Texas Real Estate Commission Consumer Protection Notice.
Tiers and pricing
MiniMo Lite (free)
Available to anyone. Includes 15 messages per UTC calendar month. Resets on the first of each month. No credit card required. Buyers and sellers stay free forever. There is no consumer paid tier.
MiniMo Pro ($19 per month)
Available only to verified Texas-licensed real estate agents in good standing with the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC). Includes unlimited messages, persistent memory across sessions, and Pro-only features (Walk Me Through This coaching mode, Script Vault, monthly Field Notes digest). MiniMo Pro starts with a 30-day free trial.
License verification (Pro)
Access to MiniMo Pro requires a verified Texas TREC license number and an attestation that you are currently licensed in Texas by TREC and in good standing. Your license state and license number are stored as part of your subscription record so the Pro gate is structural, not cosmetic. If you are not a Texas-licensed agent, MiniMo Pro is not available to you. MiniMo Lite remains free.
Subscription and billing
MiniMo Pro is billed monthly through Stripe, our payment processor. Your card is charged the recurring fee on the same calendar day each month following any free trial. Texas sales tax is calculated and collected automatically through Stripe Tax where applicable.
By subscribing, you authorize Ask MiniMo and Stripe to charge your payment method on the recurring schedule until you cancel. You can update your payment method or download invoices through the Stripe customer portal linked from your account.
Free trial
MiniMo Pro includes a 30-day free trial at sign-up. You can cancel any time during the trial without charge. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your card will be charged the recurring fee and your subscription continues monthly until you cancel.
Cancellation
You can cancel MiniMo Pro at any time through the Stripe customer portal linked from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain Pro access through that period, after which your account reverts to MiniMo Lite (free, 15 messages per month).
Refunds and disputes
MiniMo Pro is sold on a month-to-month basis. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge through the contact link below and we will review it in good faith.
Stripe is the payment processor. Disputed charges that go through Stripe's chargeback process follow Stripe's procedures and timelines. We may suspend or terminate Pro access while a chargeback is being adjudicated. We may decline to reinstate Pro access for accounts with a history of bad-faith chargebacks.
Intellectual property
Ask MiniMo, including its design, content, AI prompts, brand, and underlying technology, is the property of its creators. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without express written permission. MiniMo's output, when generated for you in the course of normal use, is yours to use and adapt within the scope of these Terms.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASK MINIMO, ITS CREATORS, OPERATORS, AND AFFILIATES (INCLUDING MOMENTUS REAL ESTATE GROUP) ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES ARISING FROM DECISIONS MADE BASED ON INFORMATION PROVIDED BY MINIMO, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
You acknowledge that:
- MiniMo provides educational information only.
- You are responsible for verifying all information with licensed professionals.
- Any decisions you make based on MiniMo's information are your responsibility.
- Real estate transactions involve significant legal and financial consequences.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ask MiniMo, its creators, operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or any breach of these Terms.
Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms. We will notify users of material changes by updating these Terms on this page and refreshing the "Last updated" date. The "Last updated" date is anchored to MiniMo's source-of-truth verification date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
